Who we are
VastuYogi is a Vastu Shastra consultancy and academy based in Ahmedabad, India, offering consultations, online courses and in-person workshops. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp at +91 98250 06701 or through our contact page.
Information we collect
When you register for a course or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and city.
- Details of the course or workshop you enrol in, and your payment status.
- Technical and usage data your browser shares automatically, such as your device type, approximate location and how you use the site (via cookies and similar technologies described below).
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.
How we use your information
- To confirm your registration and send your joining links, schedule, recordings and course materials.
- To provide support and respond to your questions.
- To send you updates about the course you enrolled in, and occasionally about other offerings (you can opt out any time).
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising, and to keep the service secure.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, which supports UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Your payment information is handled under Razorpay’s own privacy and security terms; we only receive confirmation of your payment and the contact details you entered.
Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how people find and use our site and to measure and improve our ads on Instagram and Facebook. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with Meta. You can control or opt out of ad personalisation through your Meta ad preferences and your browser’s cookie settings.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the course and the website, such as our payment processor (Razorpay), analytics and advertising platforms (Meta), messaging and email tools, and our hosting provider. We keep your registration and contact details for as long as needed to deliver the course, meet legal and accounting requirements, and support you afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Just message us on WhatsApp or email us via the contact page and we will help.
Refunds & cancellations
Seats are limited and confirmed on payment. If you are unable to attend a batch you have paid for, message us on WhatsApp before it begins and we will help you move to a future cohort. Because every session is recorded and shared, enrolled participants can complete the course even if they miss a live class.
Children’s privacy
Our courses and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
