Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel or move your seat in a VastuYogi course, and what happens if we cancel a batch. For what happens to the money, see our Refund Policy.

Cancelling your seat

  • Message us on WhatsApp from the number you enrolled with, or email us, before the batch begins. Please include your name and the course.
  • We will confirm your cancellation on WhatsApp. Treat your seat as cancelled only once you have that confirmation from us.
  • There is no cancellation fee and no penalty for asking.

What happens to your seat

Our default is to move you to a future cohort of the same course at no extra cost, rather than to refund. There is no charge for a transfer, and no limit on how far ahead you move so long as we are still running the course. If the fee has risen by the time you take the new batch, you pay nothing more.

If you cannot attend a single session

You do not need to cancel. Every online session is recorded and shared with enrolled students, so you can catch up in your own time and stay with the batch. Tell us and we will make sure you have what you missed.

If we cancel or move a batch

  • We tell every enrolled student on WhatsApp as soon as we know, on the number used at enrolment.
  • You may take the new dates, move to a later cohort, or ask for a full refund. The choice is yours.
  • If we cancel a course outright and cannot offer dates that work for you, we refund the full fee.

Changes we may make without cancelling

Occasionally a session is shifted by a few hours, or the order of the syllabus changes. These are not cancellations. We tell enrolled students in advance, and the course is delivered in full.
