Refund Policy

This policy explains when a course fee paid to VastuYogi Bharat Consultants Pvt. Ltd is refunded, and when it is not. It applies to every course sold on vastuyogi.co. To cancel or move your seat, see our Cancellation Policy.

Seats are held against your payment

Our batches are deliberately small. When you pay, a seat is taken out of the batch and held in your name, and we stop offering it to anyone else. For our in-person masterclass we also commit to venue, catering and printed material per confirmed seat. This is why our default is a transfer rather than a refund.

When we refund in full

  • If we cancel a batch. If we cancel a course and cannot offer you a date that works, we refund the full fee.
  • If you are charged twice. Duplicate or repeated payments for the same seat are refunded in full, and we will normally spot and return these without you having to ask.
  • If a payment is taken but no seat is confirmed. If money leaves your account and we have not confirmed your seat, the amount is refunded in full.

When we do not refund

  • Once a batch has begun, the fee is not refundable. By then the teaching has been delivered and the material shared.
  • Not attending, or attending only part of a course, does not create a refund. Every online session is recorded and shared with enrolled students so that a missed class can be made up.
  • Where a participant is removed for conduct that prevents others from learning, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

If you cannot attend

Tell us before the batch begins and we will move you to a future cohort of the same course at no extra cost. There is no charge for a transfer and no limit on how far ahead you move, so long as we are running the course. This is almost always a better outcome than a refund, and it is what most students choose.

How a refund is paid

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only. We cannot pay a refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.
  • We initiate an approved refund within 3 working days. Your bank then typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days to credit it.
  • Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid. Any currency conversion difference charged by your own bank is outside our control.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp from the number you enrolled with, or email us, with your name and the course you paid for. We will reply with a decision, and if a refund is due we will tell you when it has been initiated.
