These terms apply when you enrol in a course run by VastuYogi Bharat Consultants Pvt. Ltd (“VastuYogi”, “we”, “us”) through vastuyogi.co. By paying a course fee you accept them.

What we sell

We are a Vastu Shastra consultancy and education company based in Ahmedabad, India. Through this website we sell enrolments in our own courses, taught by our own faculty:

  • Online Basic Vastu Course — live online sessions in Hindi.
  • Jyotish Course · Prarambh — live online weekend cohort.
  • Vastu Shastra Masterclass — a three-day, in-person class in Ahmedabad.
  • Online Advanced Teacher Vastu Course — a four-month live online programme.

Consultancy engagements are contracted separately and are not sold through this website.

Fees and enrolment

  • The fee, dates, timings and syllabus for each course are published on its page before you pay. The fee shown is the fee charged.
  • Fees are payable in full and in advance. A seat is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
  • Discount codes apply only to the course and batch they are issued for, are limited in number, and expire on the date stated when they are issued.

What you receive

  • Live teaching on the published dates, online or in person as stated.
  • A recording of each online session, shared with enrolled students, so a missed live class can be caught up.
  • Course notes and reference material.
  • A VastuYogi certificate on completion of the course.

Course material

Recordings, notes and material remain our property and are licensed to you for your own learning. Please do not record, copy, resell, republish or share them outside the enrolled group. We may withdraw access where this is breached.

Changes to a batch

We may occasionally need to change the timing of a session or the sequence of the syllabus. Where we do, enrolled students are told in advance on WhatsApp. If we cancel a batch outright, see our Cancellation Policy.

The nature of what is taught

Our courses teach Vastu Shastra, Jyotish and allied traditional disciplines as subjects of study. We teach method, principle and practice. We do not promise any particular outcome, result or benefit in your personal, financial, medical or professional life, and nothing taught should be treated as a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice from a qualified professional.

Your conduct

Live sessions are shared with other students. We ask that you attend respectfully and do not disrupt the class. We may remove a participant whose conduct prevents others from learning, without refund.

Liability

Our total liability in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you enrol.
